This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Islamic education-based guidance and counseling services on the social and emotional development of children at Putera Bonang Orphanage in Banjarmasin. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, focusing on observations, interviews, and documentation to collect data from children, caregivers, and counseling practitioners. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic values in counseling services has contributed significantly to positive behavioral changes, improved interpersonal relationships, and enhanced emotional regulation among the children. Through religious guidance, group discussions, and individualized counseling, the children demonstrated greater empathy, self-confidence, and discipline in daily activities. This research highlights the importance of incorporating Islamic education principles in guidance and counseling practices as an effective strategy to foster holistic child development, particularly in social and emotional aspects.
